What will be your role & missions
As Firecell Account Manager, your main objective is to drive Firecell 5G Private Network bookings within a given territory. As a dynamic sales professional, you’re responsible for leading and driving sales engagements. Your #1 focus is to drive strategic deals to closure and to accelerate penetration in the market. The Account Manager has an excellent technical and business understanding of mobile network solutions. He / she is the voice of the customer internally and guarantees that Firecell fulfills customers’ expectations. He / she provides views on market trends and customers’ expectations to the rest of the organization, contributing to Firecell’s successful positioning on the market.
Your responsibilities:
- Achieve sales objectives.
- Constantly interact with key stakeholders within customers, understanding their objectives and challenges as well as requirements related to Firecell’s offerings.
- Coordinate activities within Firecell to define and deliver relevant solutions to your customers. Drive business aspects of commercial proposals and collaborate with Pre-sales and Product teams on the technical aspects.
- Participate in pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
- Document account plan and customers’ requirements in CRM.
- Help developing the eco-system that complements Firecell offering.
- Work directly with marketing, collaborating on new campaigns and improving existing ones
- Represent the company in tradeshows Keep abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
About you - what we are looking for
We are looking for someone with a 3 to 5 years’ experience selling B-to-B highly technical solutions. While you’ll be working closely with our pre-sales team, we expect you to have a good understanding of 4G and 5G networks or have a good technical background so that you can learn quickly.
