Firecell aims to democratize private 5G networks worldwide. We enable small and
medium-sized enterprises to connect and upgrade their existing industrial facilities /
logistic centers, for them to gain efficiency and productivity.
Since its creation 3 years ago, Firecell’s original approach to Private 5G has proven to
attract a number of industrial and logistic companies, as well as Value Added
Resellers that want to add Private 5G to their portfolio. Firecell is part of French Tech
2030, demonstrating the interest of its innovative approach.

What will be your role & missions

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Administrator to join our growing sales team.
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in all
administrative tasks as well as managing our comprehensive database of customer
accounts and contacts in our CRM. As Firecell’s Sales Administrator, you will work
closely with all internal teams (sales, accounting, delivery, marketing, etc.) and will
report to the Chief Sales Officer.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and
looking to grow their career in sales.

Responsibilities
● Support the sales team in all administrative tasks
– Process orders via email or phone
– Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
– Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
– Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
– Help with administrative parts of tenders
● Manage and maintain accurate customers, prospects & sales data in our
CRM. Help set up relevant dashboards and reports and automation.
● Assist our SDR team in implementing data clean-up, data enrichment &
growth hacking initiatives to increase sales
● Raising and following up on invoices to ensure timely payment
● Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
● Develop monthly sales reports
● Communicate important feedback from customers internally

About you – what we are looking for

Key Requirements
● Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
● 5+ years of experience in a sales administrative role
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Proficient in CRM tools such as Hubspot
● Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
● Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
● Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
● Fluent French and English. German proficiency is a plus.
