1 compact server running 5G

The deployment of a private network is composed of two main components:

  • The Core Network is in charge of network management, data traffic routing and user management, authentication and encryption.

  • The Radio Access Network (RAN) is in charge of the air interface management. The RAN schedules the transmission of IP packets from the Core Network to the radios, and receives IP packets from devices via the radios, forwarding them to the Core Network.

2 SDR and 2 Antennas

Firecell Labkit 40 NSA is delivered with 2 Software Defined Radio (SDR) which supports 4G, and 5G in all sub-6 GHz bands, TDD and FDD. It comes with 2 antennas that perform best between 1,7 GhZ and 5GhZ. The signal reaches up to 3 meters (~10 feet).
